Situated only a few minutes’ walk from the promenade, where one can enjoy swimming, long walks and numerous Café’s, lidos and restaurants. Also, very close by are the Sliema Ferries where one can take various boat trips around Malta and Gozo.

The amenities surrounding the block are endless, just to mention a few there are Gyms, Supermarkets, Green Grocers, Opticians, Hairdressers, Barbers shops, Spa, St James Hospital, and Pharmacies.

Hacienda apartments consist of 10 very comfortable apartments set on three floors. There are three different layouts with sizes varying between 76 – 94 square meters.

The block has an intelligent lighting system, CCTV system on every floor and around the block and the apartments are easily accessible with a code, this facilitates late night check-ins and ensures better safety.

All the apartments consist of a well-lit living area with sofa bed (sleep 2) enjoying and LED TV with plenty of channels to choose from, Free & Good WIFI connection, a dining table and a kitchen with high standard equipment (dishwasher, cooker, induction hob, hood, microwave etc…)

Each apartment has a family bathroom, a spare bedroom with two beds and a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room.

Other features worth mentioning and available for every apartment are the washing machine, hair dryer, Italian cafeteria, Iron & iron board, desk, 100% Cotton towels & linen.

This was only possible by getting on board the best craftsmanship on the island and together bring back the beauty of the traditional townhouses and at the same time incorporate the latest technologies to complement the whole building.
