This is one of the most remarkable apartments in which we were able to visit. The apartment is very large, all furniture, equipment, repair new. Very clean. The kitchen is equipped with different utensils for an elegant dinner. Special thanks to Victor, who anxiously approached each question. We felt that taking care of us as a family. It is important to note that the apartment is right in the heart. Close to beach, restaurants, large grocery stores and a shopping center. We have no doubt where we will stay again when next visit Malta.

Victor è molto disponibile per rispondere ad ogni necessità L’appartamento come in foto e descrizione. Tutto nuovissimo e con elettrodomestici di alta qualità. Posizione buona per poter fare qualsiasi attività. Se torno a malta, ritornerei nello stesso appartamento.

Highly recommended 2 bed apartment in a very good location and only a few minutes walk to the waterside. Recently renovated to a very high standard. All furnishings and kitchen appliances were brand new and very tasteful. We stayed in apartment 6 but all have similar décor. Lovely building and lovely entrance too. We were four adults and felt very comfortable space wise. Two bathrooms was a great idea. Welcomed to the apartment by Victor. Very friendly and professional. Excellent choice of accommodation in Sliema.

The appartment is great. It is very clean has a super nice and modern look and we had everything we could ask for. The location is also very nice you are close to the sea and lots of restaurants a supermarket is less than 5 minutes away. Victor was a super friendly host, explained everything very well and was always available when we needed him. So I highly recommend to stay in this appartment we had a great time and I believe that you will have a good time to staying at this appartment

When we booked Hacienda apartments there was no review to read and have an idea what kind of a place we are going to be staying in for a week. Well, boy were we pleasantly surprised. Brand new 9 apartments well finished and very tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing, from a can opener to brand new high-end appliances. Clean modern, perfect location, close enough to everything, yet far enough to give you a decent rest when you need it. Scott’s supermarket is close by, restaurants are short stroll down the hill. All of the Sliema beaches are about 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. If you are looking for a place with a stunning sea view, this is not for you. If you are looking for a stay in someone’s apartment, this is not for you. Hacienda apartments are purposely built to be rented as hotel suites and that is exactly what you get, but for a fraction of the price you would pay at any better hotel. Last but not least, the property manager Victor is a star and he is the one that will make your stay not just pleasant, but friendly as well. His knowledge of Malta and its history is a refreshing change from a usual hotel manager or a tourist guide. If we ever visit Malta again, I know where we will stay.

This place is perfect for everyone! Close to everything (beach, supermarket, busses, restaurants etc, etc). We absolutley loved our stay and will definitly be back soon. You will not regret your stay! The apartment is so clean and fresh and that is really important for us. Thank you for everything Kenneth. We miss Malta already! The Estemar’s

+] L’appartamento è meraviglioso, completamente arredato e nuovo di zecca. Lavatrice, Lavastoviglie, Asciugatrice (nel terrazzo all’ultimo piano). Tutto come da foto, anche meglio. -] La reception doveva essere h24, ma non abbiamo mai trovato nessuno. Quando si esce di casa la corrente viene interrotta, oltre ai climatizzatore si spengono anche gli elettrodomestici, e tutte le prese(non è possibile lasciare a lavare le cose o caricare dispositivi) Agli appartamenti si accede con un codice a 5 cifre (forse non è il massimo della sicurezza) Come in tutti i B&B ci saremo aspettati la colazione (cosa non presente) Inoltre non erano presenti neanche shampo/saponi/carta igenica (solo un rotolo) La spiegazione della casa potrebbe essere più accurata Per il resto tutto perfetto

Appartamento bellissimo e completamente nuovo. Conisiglio vivamente a chi vuole visitare Malta poiché si trova in una zona molto bella e a pochi minuti dal mare e dalla vita notturna di Malta. Victor è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per soggiornare a Malta.
